Eczema Causes, Itchy Skin Causes
There are many reasons for eczema, which can be caused by external stimuli and allergens, including food and dust mites, which can be eaten and absorbed through the skin, causing itchy skin, and eventually long-term skin damage and increased infection. Chances of infections are higher, hence, increases itches on skin, leading to more and more infections, which, along with giving up on medication, creates a vicious circle.
Eczema in adults is common in the face and hands, usually caused by the long-term use of products of the same brand or the same ingredients, such as shampoo, conditioner and skin care products. There are some short-term skin conditions that can be caused by a virus or infection.

The Consumer Council's test found that ahair mask sample was found to contain excessive amounts of the allergenic preservative CMIT/MIT mixture, and some of the fragrance substances banned in the European Union were detected. Frequent use of these products and prolonged contact with the skin may increase the risk of allergic skin reactions, such as itching, burning, contact dermatitis and even hair loss.
How do I know if I have an allergic reaction to a hair mask or the preservative in shampoo? You can perform the "Skin Patch Test", which is manufactured by Chemotechnique in Sweden with 40 years of experience. This test has achieved both the ISO13485 and ISO9001 certification, able to test 90% of common contact allergens, including skin care products, cosmetics, and preservatives; including perfume, Metals, Formaldehyde, Paraben, Cleaners, Perfume, Laundry Liquid, Shampoo, Leather, Paper, etc.
When performing the "skin patch test", first stick the waterproof patch on the back. Each patch can test for 10 different common allergens. After about two days (48 hours), the patch can be removed. Test results are available in 4 to 5 days to know which chemical the skin is allergic to. This test does not interfere with daily activities as long as you avoid any intense activities that might disturb the patches.
