客戶收到由MedDx寄出之確認成功付款電郵後，

本身體檢查計劃有效期為三個月，客戶必須於三個月內(由確認付款日期起計)接受有關檢查，逾期作廢。

The plan will be valid for 3 months starting from the date of payment.

進行健康檢查後，一般情況下，可於三至十個工作天跟進檢查報告。

The health check report would be issued around 3-10 working days normally after the check-up.

客戶要親身往檢查中心領取報告

Report should collect in person

訂購一經確認，不設退款。

Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.

如有爭議，MedDx保留最後決定權。

In case of disputes, the decision of MedDx shall be final.

所有身體檢查並非作為醫務診斷或治療用途。

All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
